Within is a space for honest reflection, including about difficult things. These rules aren't about limiting what you can be honest about — they're about the few uses that aren't what this space is for.
Don't use Within to generate or direct content that attacks or demeans people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar.
Don't use Within to plan, generate, or seek help with anything illegal.
Within is for your own reflection, not for producing content meant to threaten, harass, or target another person.
Don't attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise trick the AI into ignoring its safety behavior — including its handling of crisis situations, which exists to point you toward real help when it matters.
As described in our Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
